good weekend for the club,but lets go one better next weekend.as it,s coming 2 the end of season any thoughts on best players this year.plz don,t all put me down :o

Best players this year, 1st team Steve Coomey, 2nds Julian Leth, 3rds Ryan Oliver. From what i've seen anyway.

Wouldn't argue with any of those choices Bigbob.
The reserves could have won on Friday & considering we played a team who walked the division above us I thought we more tham matched them. Unfortunately we lacked the precision to finish the 3 or 4 good chances that came our way.
The first team played out of their skins & should be roundly applauded. Considering the way some games have gone lately it came as a bit of a surprise - a very pleasant one though :!:
Well done to the 5 subs : Stu Evs, Karl, Fagan, Garrity & Leyts Hussey who all must have been gutted not to be playing but gave their team mates tremendous encouragement from the line.
Also congrats to JT & Keri on getting to the final.
Seaside are still a class act, but teams will always raise their game against them & that's exactly what happened on Saturday.
We need a performance equal or better to lift the Senior Cup for the first time since 1989 :!:
